Step by step procedure to get caste validity certificate online in Maharashtra:

  1. Download the online Caste Validity form from e-Seva site under revenue department (site may differ according to your region- may be an MRO site) Click Here to Download Application Form via Portal for Maharashtra BARTI.

  2. Please follow the guidelines listed under the following link which should provide you with enough information required Guidelines

  3. Take out the printout of the application form and fill the all the information carefully and attach required documents. The list of documents required for caste validity is as follows.

    • The affidavit, court stamp,
    • All your educational record from SSC to a degree, you must represent all mark sheets and leaving certificates. In case pursuing PG make sure to submit semester grade card or college ID card.
    • State BC certificate, previous caste certificate
    • Aadhar card or ration card or pan card
    • previous 3 years Income Tax Returns
  4. Submit all the document along with the hard copy of the online form in nearby e-Seva center Kendra (Citizens Service Center CSC) of Maharashtra state. You can also visit nearest Collector / Sub Divisional Officer / Deputy Collector office to submit the form. you may need to wait for 15 to 30 days.

  5. After submitting the form you will get acknowledgment slip. You will get notified by call or message when your request is processed and you can collect the caste validity certificate from the same e-seva center in your locality.
